Terms of Service

1. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported sign-in provider (Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Oddysee offers a subscription service to access premium features. Key terms:

• Oddysee offers a monthly subscription (US$17.99) and an annual subscription (US$69.99). Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before you purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is offensive, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with the App's functionality or other users' experience
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the App (trip plans, expenses, messages, photos). By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service to you and your travel companions.

5. Shared Trips

When you invite others to a trip or join a shared trip, all members can view and contribute to trip data including itinerary, expenses, chat messages, and map markers. You are responsible for the content you share within a trip.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile > Delete Account). Account deletion removes your personal data and signs you out. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your device's App Store or Play Store settings to avoid continued billing.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

Oddysee is a planning and coordination tool. We are not responsible for the accuracy of travel information, expense calculations, or any decisions you make based on content within the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taylor Trips PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
